Items sold and shipped by an ASOS Brand Partner (this will be shown in your order confirmation email) should be returned directly to the brand. Sending them back to ASOS could delay your refund.
No printer needed! Simply use the returns label that came with your item(s). If you can't find the label, use the brand's returns link to create your return.
Returns should be processed by our Brand Partners within 14 calendar days.
