With Neil Armstrong et al. in mind, Giancarlo Zanatta launched his lunar-inspired footwear label, Moon Boot, in the 70s – taking one giant leap for winter footwear. Turning Armstrong’s heavy-duty boots into a firm après-ski favourite, the brand is big on bold colours, signature branding and lots of padding, for weather-beating looks on the slopes, or the streets.
