Remove the shower head and lay on a flat, stable surface
Place a wrench onto the triangle tip of the shower head, handle facing outwards
Place one hand on the wrench and hold the shower head with your other hand
Press down and steadily turn the headpiece counterclockwise
Refill the headpiece cartridge
Twist the bottom handle counterclockwise to swap out the cartridge
