To cool the gel insert, refrigerate for 30 mins
Apply the cold gel insert to satin mask once required temperature is achieved
To heat gel insert, place in a small bowl of hot water (not boiling) for two minutes
Do not microwave
Apply the satin eye mask with insert for 5-10 minutes
