Why are some products shipped from different warehouses?

We want to offer the best product range to all our customers, so some of the items you see might be stocked in different warehouses. 

If your order is coming from more than one warehouse, it could be split into separate parcels. In this case:

  • some delivery options may not be available for all items
  • your items may arrive on different days
  • each parcel will have its own tracking number (your order number will stay the same)

You’ll see where your items are being shipped from on the product page and in your order confirmation email, and all available delivery methods will be shown at checkout.

Don’t worry, there won’t be any additional customs or tax charges because of this.

Items sold and shipped by an ASOS Brand Partner

Any items sold and shipped by our ASOS Brand Partners will be shipped separately from the relevant brand partner’s own warehouse. Please note, these items can only be sent using Standard Delivery. For more info on how deliveries with ASOS Brand Partners work, follow this link.

I’ve received my order, but I think some items are missing

If your order has been split into multiple parcels, some items may still be on their way. You can check the number of parcels and track each one in ‘My Account’.
