EVERYTHING YOU MISSED FROM PARIS HAUTE COUTURE WEEK

Paris: the home of croissants, the Eiffel Tower, and of course, Haute Couture. Marking the end of fashion month (until September), Couture showcases the pinnacle of craftsmanship, and this season did not disappoint. In summary, no, we’re not over Schiaparelli yet, and yes, we are still obsessed with *THAT* Viktor & Rolf show. BRB, just fangirling over our online besties attending the shows. We know them best for sharing their lives on YouTube and on their podcasts, but we love seeing them do their thing at Fashion Week. Can we please have a moment for Emma Chamberlain’s fun suit dress, as well as Léna Mahfouf's next-level jeans and a nice top look?

You’ve probably seen the show all over your FYPs by now. Creative Director Daniel Roseberry did his homework and created a collection dedicated to the late house’s founder, Elsa Schiaparelli. He understood the assignment, but do you know who else did? Doja Cat and Anitta, who each styled their curls in two surreal ways.

We noticed A LOT of 3D textures and sculptural fabric throughout the week and we're convinced it'll be a new trend. Key shows to note were Thom Browne who played with muslin blocks, ruffled ridges and embroidered layers and the Iris Van Herpen show which featured hypnotic intertwined fabrics and draped tulle. Adding texture into our OOTDs as we speak...

Still wondering what *THAT* show was all about? It was a celebration of 100 years of fashion and sport. It is the summer of sports, don’t you know? Terrace style is coming in HOT and we’re taking note of the best-dressed soccer players on the scene! But, the most memorable moments from Vogue World have to be seeing Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid in their element on their horses, as well as pop-icon Sabrina Carpenter rocking stripes. 10/10.
