JUST DROPPED: SZA’S GREATEST ‘FITS

We’re not screaming, YOU’RE SCREAMING. Ok, we’re screaming too. Why? Well, unless you’re under a pop-culture-shaped ROCK 🪨 you’ll know that SZA just dropped her second album, S.O.S. We’ve been waiting on this – and all the looks – for a hot minute. So far in her career, the 'fits have been out-of-CTRL (sry). We’ve seen double-denim bikinis, cargos, moto moments, Y2K throwbacks and that iconic UV paint sitch in her latest video (yes, that still counts). SZA's layering just hits different. As you'll see, bikini tops are *frequently* the stars of the show, but we LOVE the cropped and tied track pants here. The 2017 version of leg warmers perhaps?

Right from the jump, this icon was 🎨creative 🎨 Here, SZA's showing us how to mix sporty spice and fashion girlie 🌶 – by cutting up your jersey and ripping the side of your jeans. DUH.

Although she has a solid personal style, Solána's never scared to switch things up. This ruffled pink number is a step away from the sporty 'fits of the past, but it WORKS because she committed. Ethereal-fairy SZA is one of our faves 🧚‍♀️

What did we just say? SZA suits otherworldly-goddess-chic better than anyone. Showing full commitment yet again, she donned the headpiece and bedazzled boots and won 2018's MET carpet. It's quite simply *angelic*.

How many times does SZA have to tell you? Basics don't have to be basic. Yes, it's a white bikini and top but no, it's not been worn like you've ever seen it before. If TikTok was a thing in 2019, it would have been allll over this 👏

Solána knows how to bring the DRAMA – and shows us that you don’t have to wear millions of colors or wild patterns to attract attention 🎬 A corset dress and a gorgeous up-do will do just fine.

Get you a fashion girl that can do it all. Old Hollywood glamour? Not a problem for SZA. In fact, it looks like she invented it with this blown-out hair and elegant cut-out dress.

The cargo kween proves she can bring all elements of her personality into an outfit. We can see sporty SZA in the varsity jacket, indie SZA in the DMs and plaid shirt, and ethereal-fairy SZA in the cutesy corset top and accessories 💅
