- Update your operating system.
If this hasn’t helped, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and send us:

Is there a problem with the mobile ASOS site?
If there’s an issue with loading the ASOS website on a mobile device, you’ll need to check that your device clock is accurate – for security reasons, if your device clock is fast, you won’t be able to access your My Account pages.
Most other technical issues can be solved by clearing your browser’s cache and cookie files – and don’t forget to accept our cookies!
Make sure that ‘Block all cookies’ function is disabled on your browser’s settings.
- iOS: go to ‘Settings’ and choose ‘Safari’.
- Android: open Chrome (or your default phone browser), go to ‘Settings’ and choose ‘Site Settings’.
Check if JavaScript is enabled on your mobile browser’s settings.
- iOS: Open ‘Settings’, choose ‘Safari’ and then ‘Advanced’.
- Android: Open ‘Settings, go to ‘Advanced’ and choose ‘Site Settings’.
Check that you don’t have any content blockers installed on your device.
Why are my items disappearing from my shopping cart?
If you’ve added something to your shopping cart, it will be reserved for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes it will be removed so other customers can buy it.The item will automatically be moved into your ‘Saved Items’ so you can add it back to your cart if it’s still in stock.
If you find something has disappeared within 60 minutes, this may be because you’re using the back button on your browser to navigate. Instead, use the grey ‘Continue shopping’ button. You can also try refreshing the page.
Which websites belong to ASOS?
We are aware that there are some websites that try to imitate what we do. To make sure you are buying from ASOS, only purchase products from our official website, ASOS.com/us. Please make sure to change the flag to match the country you’re shopping from!
Does the ASOS TikTok shop belong to ASOS?
Yes! We’ve launched a brand new ASOS TikTok shop where you can snag selected items directly on the TikTok app.
To get started, head to the ASOS TikTok account and select the shop icon, or buy items linked by your favourite TikTokers.
All items purchased through our US ASOS TikTok account will be shipped directly by TikTok. This means your parcel may arrive in non-ASOS branded packaging. Any unwanted items need to be sent back to TikTok, and the returns will be processed by TikTok according to their Returns Policy.
For any questions, head to our TikTok Help pages in the TikTok app.
