You’ll no longer receive a paper returns slip inside your package – instead, you can now create a return online through your ASOS account.
You’ll need to create your return through ‘My Account’. This will allow you to print off a returns label to put on the outside of your package; the label includes all the information we need to process your return. Find out how to create a return, click here.
