How does shipping to the US work with Premier Delivery?

The basics on Premier Delivery

  • This gives you access to free Express and Standard shipping on all orders, and discounted Next-Day Delivery at $4.99 if it’s available for your address (minimum spend of $15 per order applies). Click here and enter your zip code to see the shipping options available to you.
  • Once you've signed up, you'll select shipping types in the same way as before.
  • Your order can be delivered to any mainland US address listed on your account. Just ensure someone is there to take deliverywe'll handle the rest.
  • Certain brands may be subject to additional delivery restrictions. 
  • Your subscription is locked to the site on which you bought it. You can’t use Premier Delivery in another country with the subscription.
  • It can take up to one hour for Premier Delivery to be activated on your account. After that you'll be able to start using it.
  • You can see when Premier is active on your account when you come to checkout.

If you're using the desktop site or android app you can now renew your Premier Delivery before your current subscription ends, so you'll never be without speedy, zero-stress shopping. Just add Premier Delivery to your bag, buy it and we'll do the rest! As soon as your current subscription ends, your new one will automatically begin.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. ASOS cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
