Welcome to a brand-new way to use ASOS via Google Assistant. The ASOS action lets you use your voice as a new way to interact with us. Right now, you can use ASOS on Google Assistant to discover what are the latest products to drop on ASOS. Stay up to date with fashion simply by asking us.

THE LEGAL BITS…

These Terms let you know the rules that we, ASOS.com Limited (company number 3584121), a company registered in England and Wales with our HQ at Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London NW1 7FB (“ASOS” “us” “we”), apply to your use of the interactive service(“Action”) available for ASOS via the Google Assistant service (the “Assistant”) on any supported device. These terms are in addition to, and do not replace, any other terms that may apply to your ASOS account or use of the Action. 

The Action allows you to use your Assistant supported device (e.g. Google Home) to interact with us by speaking commands and questions out loud to the Action. 

You are responsible for all interactions with ASOS via the Action. By using the Action, you consent to the processing described in the Privacy Policy and you promise that all data provided by you is accurate and up to date. It is possible that someone could overhear you interacting with ASOS via the Action and learn confidential information about you or your account with us, so please be mindful of your surroundings! 

Who can use the Action?

The Action is meant for use in United Kingdom and United States only. If you are not in the United Kingdom or United States, please stop use of the Action.  

Access to the Action

ASOS does not provide the platform or equipment to access or use the Action. You are responsible for all fees charged by third parties related to your access and use of the Action, including, but not limited to charges by your Internet service provider or mobile data fees charged by your provider. Further, ASOS is not liable to you for any damages related to the third-party platform accessibility. These third-party platforms may have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, and we recommend that you read your agreements with Google if you want to learn more about what the Assistantdoes with your interactions with the Action, which may be recorded. 

Intellectual Property, Software and Content

ASOS owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in the Action and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store Action content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Action for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

You aren’t allowed to use the ASOS logo or any ASOS brand or trade mark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission.

Modification or Suspension of the Assistant or the Action

ASOS reserves the right at any time to terminate your account or to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part (or all) of the Action, with or without notice to you. You agree that ASOS shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Action under these Termsfor any reason. 

As we didn’t create the Assistant and we don’t have control over its services there is a chance that the Action may not hear you correctly or may think you said something different! You accept that ASOS is not responsible for any inaccuracies in your interaction with ASOS via the Action. 

ASOS does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Assistant or the Action, which may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of ASOS' control. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Action at any time, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using it.

Jurisdiction 

ASOS have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Action (including these Terms) at any time. These terms and our dealings with you are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
