What You Need To Know:

We love running promotions for you guys and we want to be as clear as possible on how you enter and the prize is drawn. Please read the nuts and bolts below and if you’ve still got any questions just contact auoffice@asos.com.

We know that there are ASOS lovers of all ages all around the world, but this promotion is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are aged 16 and over. So that we are completely fair, anyone professionally connected to ASOS is not allowed to enter.
You don’t have to buy anything to take part in this promotion but you do need to have a valid Snapchat account and access to the internet.

Promotion Period: This promotion starts from and includes the 26^th September 2017 (the first Promotion Period), and continues on the last Tuesday of every month (each a Promotion Period), and ends on 28^th August 2017, see details below – so keep an eye on that watch!

All times are in AEST, so make sure you check your time zone. Each Promotion Period will run for 23 hours.

To Enter: Entering this promotion is simple; just
1. Log in to your Snapchat account (or create one for free); and follow @ASOS_AU.
2. Watch the @ASOS_AU Snapchat story and decide from the picture of 4 items available which you’d like to be in with a chance of winning. Each item will then be shown full size on the story. Screenshot the full-size image of the product you want to win to be entered into the relevant product’s draw.
3. Then, simply check the @ASOS_AU story 3 hours after the promotion period closes to see if you’ve won. The winner’s names will be up on the @ASOS_AU story for 24 hours from posting at 15.00 AEST on the relevant day.
4. If you have been selected as a winner, send a Snapchat Chat to @ASOS_AU to provide your details to claim your prize.
5. There will be 4 products available within each Promotion Period – 2 womenswear items and 2 menswear items.
Only entrants that follow @ASOS_AU will be valid.
You will need to continue to follow @ASOS_AU after the end of the Promotion Period so that we can direct message you if you win.
We’re sorry, but you may only enter for one product once each Promotion Period and you may only win one prize throughout the promotion.
The Prizes:
1. or each Promotion Period, four winners (1 from each promotional picture) will each win the product screenshotted in that month’s promotional post, in the winner’s size.
2. The prizes are subject to availability at the time the prize is accepted. The product can only be exchanged once for a different size.
The prize pool, per Promotion Period, will be up to the value of $1000 AUD. The total prize pool will be up to the value of $12,000.
Winner Selection: There will be a random draw per product, from all valid entries received for each product in each Promotion Period. Each person can only enter for 1 product each Promotion Period, and if you have submitted multiple entries only one will be counted. The random draws will take place at ASOS, at Suite 402, 50 Holt Street, Sydney, NSW 2010 and on the dates listed in the table in Clause 3.
Contacting the winners: You’ll need to send us a Chat on Snapchat if you’ve been selected as a winner so that we can get your information to send you your prize. If you are one of our lucky winners, you must contact us via the Snapchat account used to enter within 3 months of the relevant draw to confirm acceptance of the prize otherwise the prize will be awarded to a reserve winner selected via a random draw the day after the 3-month period to confirm acceptance of the prize has ended. This process will continue to be repeated until a winner is selected and verified for each prize draw.

11. If you are a winner, we’ll try and send you the prize as soon as we can - and within no more than 28 days from acceptance of the prize.

12. We’re sorry but you can’t transfer a prize to someone else or exchange it for a cash alternative.

13. If, for reasons we can’t control, the prize is no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative prize which we hope you’ll still love but which will definitely be of equal or greater value

The Legals and Other Bits

No one likes the small print, but we need to let you know about some other important stuff too and make you feel comfortable that we run our promotions properly, fairly (and legally!):

14. Data Privacy: We care a lot about the security of your personal data and it will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy here: http://www.asos.com/au/infopages/pgeprivacy.aspx and only used to carry out this promotion.

15. We believe in fair play. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the promotion. If you’re found to be cheating you will be excluded.

16. Unfortunately, if you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the prize draw or prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) ASOS and /or Snapchat won’t be liable for this.

17. By entering you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

18. Whilst we’re running this promotion on their platform, this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Snapchat. You are providing your information to ASOS and not to Snapchat.

19. If someone or something tampers with this promotion in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure which is within the control of ASOS or its agencies, ASOS and its agencies will not be responsible for the promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

20. In the event of any dispute our decision is final.
