ASOS STUDENT GETAWAY PRIZE DRAW – FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What You Need To Know:
We love running promotions for you guys and we want to be as clear as possible on how you enter and the prize is drawn. Please read the nuts and bolts below and if you’ve still got any questions just contact win@asos.com.
1.We know that there are ASOS lovers all around the world, but this promotion is only open to residents of the United Sates, who are aged 18 or over and studying in a tertiary institution (such as university). So that we are completely fair, anyone professionally connected to ASOS or Student City is not allowed to enter.
2.You will need proof of student status and access to the internet.
3.Promotion Period: You can enter this promotion between 08.00 EST on 31st May 2017 and 08.00 EST on 29th June 2017 - so keep your eye on that watch!
4. 4.To Enter: Entering this promotion is simple, either;
1. New ASOS students:
a) Set up an ASOS account and validate as a student using the ASOS student validation form found here: http://us.asos.com/discover/students/asos-on-campus/student-validation/
b) After you have validated as a student, you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
c) After validating, you will see a link on the screen (your “Link”) and your Link will also be sent to the primary e-mail address you used to set up your ASOS account (“Primary Email Address”). Your Link invites people to validate as a student with ASOS.
d) Share your Link with friends via text, email or social channels.
e) If your friends validate as a student with ASOS using your Link, you will receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes for each validated friend and your validated friend will also receive an entry.
2. If you are an existing ASOS student:
a) We will send your Link to your Primary Email Address on 30th May 2017.
b) Share your Link with your friends via text, email or social channels.
c) If your friends validate as an ASOS student using your Link, you will receive an entry into the Sweepstakes for each validated friend and your validated friend will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
5.There is no limit on the number of times you can share your Link with friends during the Promotion Period and no limit on the number of entries you can have.
6.The Prize: One winner will win 2x $1,500 StudentCity voucher, for you and a friend, to use with StudentCity to use on a trip to one of the Holiday Destinations listed below.

8.Further StudentCity travel credit information:
a. Winner and their friend must all be over the age of 18 and be eligible to travel at the time of their selected trip. Some destinations may require that at least one guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older.
b. The winner and their friend must book the same trip with their credits and must travel together.
c. The StudentCity travel credits must be used towards a trip to one of the Holiday Destinations packages on the dates the trip is available, as notified to you by StudentCity at the time of booking. If the selected trip costs more than the travel credit value, the winners will be solely responsible for paying the difference;
d. If the selected trip is less than the travel credit value there will be no reimbursement for the unused portion of the travel credit.
e. If the winner selects a destination outside the US, the winner and their friend must have valid passports that do not expire within six (6) months of the trip return date.
f. A $25 processing fee (per person) and all U.S and foreign arrival/departure taxes and fees apply and must be paid by the winner and their friend at the time of booking.
g. The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance of the Prize.

9.Winner Selection: So that you know we’ve selected our winner fairly from all the valid entries we receive, the random draw will be carried out by an independent promotional verification service and will take place within 4 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
10.Contacting the winners: We’ll contact the winner via the email address linked to their ASOS account within 7 days after the draw. If you are our lucky winner, you must respond to us within 14 days otherwise the prize will be awarded to a reserve winner.
11.Sorry, but you can’t transfer a prize to someone else or exchange it for a cash alternative.
12.If, for reasons we can’t control, the prize is no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative prize which we hope you’ll still love but which will definitely be of equal or greater value.

No one likes the small print, but we need to let you know about some other important stuff too and make you feel comfortable that we run our promotions properly, fairly (and legally!):
13.Data Privacy: We care a lot about the security of your personal data and it will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy here: http://www.asos.com/infopages/pgeprivacy.aspx) and will only be used for the purposes of this promotion including sharing the winner’s personal data with StudentCity.
14.We believe in fair play. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded.
15.Unfortunately, if you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) ASOS won’t be liable for this.
16.If this promotion can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We will also have the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.
17.If someone or something tampers with this promotion in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure which is within the control of ASOS or its agencies, ASOS and its agencies will not be responsible for the Promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
18.In the event of any dispute our decision is final.
19.By entering you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

21.These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
