What's different about Huda Beauty?
We keep it real as a brand and pour love and passion into our products! We listen to our social community who let us know what they like and don’t like, and that helps us make lots of decisions. We are more than just a makeup brand – we are one big beauty family.

How do you think the beauty industry is changing RN? 
Due to lockdown more wearable makeup, which is natural, breathable and skin-friendly, has launched. Everyone is taking time to look after their skin and let it breathe, rather than piling on layers of makeup (don’t get me wrong I still LOVE to get full glam though!).

What’s the inspo behind your skincare brand WISHFUL? 
WISHFUL was actually inspired by my own skincare battles that I've faced throughout my life. Our followers were looking for solutions to the same skincare concerns I had, so I wanted to create simple but effective products that visibly work and deliver instant and long-lasting results.

How important is your own skincare routine?
I can't even explain how important my skincare routine is to me! I take it very seriously. I always do the whole thing before bed and first thing in the morning, too. I’m OBSESSED with our Yo Glow Enzyme Scrub; I literally scrub with it every single day.

What skincare ingredients do you swear by?
I've always loved natural ingredients, and pineapple was my go-to for my own DIY skincare made with items from my kitchen. That's why pineapple fruit extract is the key ingredient in Yo Glow. I also LOVE Damascus Rose Oil, which you'll find in our Get Even Rose Oil – it completely soothes skin and locks in all that moisture!

What are three Huda products that define your makeup look?
#Bombbrows, Legit Lashes mascara and Lip Contour for sure!

You’re shopping on ASOS… what’s the first thing you search for?
Street style – comfy and cool! I LOVE athleisure and have been living in it (like everyone else for the last year in lockdown!).

What's your fave beauty trend this season?
I’m all for the big-bushy-brow trend right now: they make SO much difference and really can change your entire face. I’m having fun creating really fluffy ones versus the super-defined Instagram brows from a few years ago.

Are there any exciting new Huda Beauty launches coming up?
We have a very exciting new launch in June – it’s my new baby! I can’t say too much more, but it’s what everyone has been waiting for and is probably a little unexpected from Huda Beauty! Stay tuned...
