There’s nothing wilder than a fragrance ad. You know the type: David Beckham smouldering on a motorbike while two people dance the tango behind him. While we love that kinda thing (well, David 🤤), we know you want perfume/cologne shopping to be simple – especially when it’s a prezzie 🤷♀️ So, we’ve put together a list of our faves along with a guide to who will love 'em.
This perfume is for people who wanna be the scent-er of attention. It’s fruity (with pomegranate) but fresh, and has some floral and sweet notes (think: black orchid). As anyone who has seen the ad for this one will know, the vibe is all about living life to the fullest – so this is a great gift for an extrovert with loadsa energy. It lasts ages, too, so it'll keep up with them 😊
MURDOCK LONDON BLACK TEA COLOGNE, £88
While this is designed for guys, the warm, woody smell is just soooo comforting and we love it for anyone. This cologne makes us think about late nights in dark, leather-filled bars. One sniff and there’ll be a second date. FACTS.
When you literally have no idea what stuff they’re into, don’t panic! Instead, chill the F out and go for something like this feel-good hair-and-body mist by Rituals.
