INSPIRATION AND ADVICE
UNDER ARMOUR'S NEW WORKOUT WINS
By Steven Potter, 10 September 2020
Looking to update your workout for autumn? Well, Under Armour’s new Rush and Recover ranges could be just what you need. This high-tech activewear is like something straight out of a science-fiction film, and it’s here to take your workout into 3020. To put it through its paces, our very own ASOS staff have worn it on runs, tennis sessions and even rooftop yoga classes – and they’ve got the sweaty glow-up selfies to prove it! Check out a few of our favourite looks below.

The fabric in the Rush collection absorbs body heat, converting it into infrared energy... See? Very sci-fi! 👽 It's a process that channels energy into the body, which can help improve performance and recovery. Perfect if you spend your downtime doing everything from crescent poses to downward dogs, like Seani, our Senior Corporate Responsibility Manager (and yoga teacher) above.

Techy bits aside, we can defo say for sure that UA have nailed both style AND substance with this collection. If you’re after a bit more colour in your workout gear, opt for the Rush leggings, tops and tees, like Libby, our CRM Executive above. We're 100% into the sweet mint shade mixed in with the grey 🤤 Plus, she's rocking Under Armour's Charged Bandit trainers, which come with Charged Cushioning tech that helps absorb impact. Consider your Personal Best, sorted 🥇

Maybe the court is where you choose to sweat it out, like our Global Social Media Manager Lottie. It’s game, set and a match made in heaven (sorry), as Lottie’s opted for a triple colour-matched classic. OBVIOUSLY the top and leggings are cute-as (hello, grey camo), and they've got the same Rush technology mentioned above – but the jacket from the Recover range tied around her waist is the piece de resistance here. It's got a special lining that works to keep muscles warm after a workout, which can help to speed up recovery. Less soreness after a workout? We're sold!
