AT THE GYM WITH ASOS 4505

So, the Christmas period is pretty much done and dusted for another year. The space under the tree is looking bare and the office party is (thankfully) a distant and hazy memory. One way to beat the January slump is to try something new and if your something new is getting active, check out these two looks tried and tested by model and actor Jasmine Clarke. She also found time to chat about her active lifestyle.

There's no blending in with this camo top and leggings set and why should you when you're bossing the treadmill? Both are constructed using a seamless technique, which means more comfort and less friction as you move. Cut-out inserts keep you cool while the shape of the straps at the back are designed for unrestricted movement. When she'd finished putting ASOS 4505's newest gymwear drop through its paces for our photoshoot, we asked Jasmine for her reasons to move.
 
When did you start training at the gym?
I first started going to the gym at 18 when one opened in the little village I grew up in.
 
How does it make you feel?
When I complete a good workout I feel energised and accomplished.
 
Where is your favourite place to train?
If it’s a nice day it would have to be anywhere outside but, as there are fewer of them in winter, the gym will do!
