HOW ASOSERS STYLE PIECES FROM THE MAG
By Eleanor Dunne, 30 November 2018
When looking for style inspo, ASOS magazine is one of our first port of calls. Every three months it brings you key pieces for the season ahead, plus the freshest ways to wear them. Of course, it's always fun to adapt the trends to suit your own personal vibe. That’s what our ASOSers do and here's how they're remaking the 'fits from the Party 18 issue in their own way.
Getting on board with the futuristic trend, Little Mix's Leigh-Anne wore these space-age trousers with a simple white tank top for our cover shoot. It's not always feasible to flaunt your abs in a crop top (espesh in winter) – but Cultural Marketing Coordinator Bethany shows us how you can wear these trews IRL. A hoodie, chunky trainers and Adidas socks give them a sporty spin that works for the weekend. Into it.
Checks are huge this season and Jesy little-mixed (lol) a check body with a clashing skirt for her shoot. The result is one of those shouldn't-work-but-totally-does looks. For those who prefer a matchy-matchy style, you can get trousers in the same print for a cute co-ord vibe. Video Creative Nierodha pairs hers with a cropped bomber jacket and platform boots. If there was a fifth member of Little Mix, Nierodha could be her.
Jade's look gives us major inspo for party season – obviously the coat is ah-maz-ing but the cute silver clips and earrings are also v pleasing. Picking out the fluffy pink coat, Social Coordinator Georgia is serving a laid-back look with her Converse and jumpsuit. This one can be adapted for after-work events, too – just add heels.
