NEW DROP: HOUSE OF HOLLAND
By Justine Fedorowycz, 25 October 2018
Newness klaxon: House of Holland’s latest drop has officially landed at ASOS. Returning with revived 90s streetwear staples and a grown-up edge (don’t worry, its signature tongue-in-cheek aesthetic is still very much a thing), the brand reimagines your casual wardrobe for the season ahead. AW18, you ain’t seen nothing yet.
Designed in collaboration with Pavement Licker – an underground street-art zine supporting aspiring artists and writers – this long-sleeved T-shirt is proof that basics don’t have to be basic. We’re wearing ours with light-wash jeans, white boots and the brand’s ‘House of f***ing Holland’ football scarf, naturally.
There’s nothing like a bit of crochet print to get us feeling all 90s nostalgic. A nod to the brand's AW11 granny-square collection, House of Holland puts its multicoloured midaxi dress back on the map this season with this piece (available exclusively at ASOS, btw). Team it with chunky boots and a biker jacket to toughen up that homespun aesthetic.
Finished with navy velvet trims, these olive green and pale pink tracksuit bottoms are giving us major sports-luxe vibes. Their perfect partner? A slouchy grey marl hoodie. As well as the retro cassette-tape embroidery on this design, its adjustable lace-through waist means you can customise your fit whenever you fancy a switch-up – genius.
