It’s as 90s gaudy and summer feelgood as ever. Whether you’re going full-on tropical or just making a leaf-clad nod to the trend, check out how the ASOS staff are styling it up their way…

Endless film references confirm that the easiest and most efficient route into the trend is the Hawaiian shirt. Bright, bold and a kitschy move on from spring’s florals, Rosie wears hers in monochrome, with slightly more subdued shades. Tied at the waist and worn oversized to give it a cropped, boxier fit, when paired with skinny white jeans, it makes for the perfect silhouette. Low-top skate sneaks round off the casual look nicely.

It’s not just your top half that's at risk of the print invasion this season. Classic denim staples – in this case, 90s light-wash mom jeans – get a bloom-heavy makeover too.
