It’s official: the fashion world have adopted the beret right back into their elite accessory club. Over the years, the Parisian headwear has stolen the attention of style icons from Cher Horowitz to Rihanna, and thanks to Christian Dior’s AW17 show, it’s now firmly back on our radar.

This season, Dior sent a mega girl gang of beret-wearing models down the runway, safely marking the chic hats with a big fashion stamp of approval. Styled with checked two-pieces, fishnet tights and over-the-knee boots, the designer gave a nod to traditional French style. C’est bon.
