Ah, tracksuits... So you might have dabbled in the velour Paris Hilton variety or, at some point, gone for the full Missy Elliott treatment. Well, the divisive two-piecer is back for another whirl and this time around it's had a sports-chic AW17 glow up. See how everyone at ASOS is wearing the trend their way.
HOW ASOSERS DO TRACKSUITS

Right on track
The dream = wearing jogging bottoms out the house without anyone questioning whether you’re alright. The key is to go bright and bold, so they basically double as a sportier pair of wide-leg trousers (just comfier and with a drawstring waist). To keep it from looking too much like a 90s hip-hop video, match your athleisure essentials with more eclectic pieces, like a long-sleeved graphic top to break up the colour and monochrome skate sneaks.

Proof that tracksuits don’t just have to be a sporty thing? Maisie in this Scandi-style two-piece in marble print with a very AW17-appropriate half-zip. Break up the wall vibes with bold red trainers and finish with layers of silver jewellery (bracelets and rings galore).

Orange is the new black when it comes to tracksuits, and Olivia has gone for a full co-ord look with a street-meets-varsity twist. Bold jersey gets the logo treatment with sports-tipping and an oversized fit. To avoid looking OTT, though, clash up the streetwear with heavy-duty Dr. Martens boots and dainty layers of gold necklaces.

Glam and trackies aren’t usually two words that grace the same sentence but here we are. Celia goes for double the impact with an 80s Kappa co-ord with contrast sports-tipping down the sides. The look is elevated by shaking up the sports feel with unexpected textures: vinyl red heeled boots and a camel cashmere knit. Thumbs up.
