Recently in London, Bella wore a cardigan with fluffy neck and cuff deets (to make this more 90s than you can deal), over a white tee with a cross motif (another 90s detail you can't ignore). Then she added a pleated mini in leather with buckle detailing and gorge lace-up heels making it more grown-up cool than Hit Me Baby One More Time... She accessorised with a furry miniature bag (enough space for your iPhone though, no sweat) and SS17-approved hair slides for extra cuteness. Cher's closet organiser would be proud.
