How did you find your flex?

I found my flex by adding some dance moves to my skate sessions 💃 I started posting them on Insta and it really took off!

Which track is at the top of your workout playlist?
'Solo' by Clean Bandit. It’s such a catchy tune and – spoiler alert – I’m in the video!

Go-to sneaker brand?
When I’m on my board I like to choose sneakers with a thin and flat sole. I like Vans Old School trainers or Nike Blazers in lots of different colors.

Where’s your favorite place to workout?

Anywhere outside, really. But, because Korea has very strict quarantine regulations in place, I skate in spots at the Han River when I can. If I can’t get there, it’s just me and my yoga mat at home 🧘‍♀️

How did you find your flex?

I first got into freestyle soccer about five years ago through videos on YouTube. I thought it looked cool, so I gave it a try – I never thought it would take me this far!

Do you have any fave brands for your flex?
adidas & Nike

Talk us through your perfect head-to-toe 'fit for your sport.
I like to wear lightweight T-shirts and hoodies in oversized shapes. My kicks have gotta be breathable and have a flat sole.

What’s been your biggest fitness achievement so far?
I placed in the top eight in the UK and Ireland Freestyle Football Championship 🙌

How did you get into your flex?

I started roller-skating at the end of 2018, because I was yearning for a new form of movement I could fully immerse myself in. At the time, I was grappling with the life-altering decision of moving on from my 15-year professional dance career. Skating quickly became an anchor for me while I managed my identity crisis. It was the freedom of movement and expression I was craving – it was (and still is) incredibly therapeutic.

Which track gets you most hyped to skate?
It’s always changing, but right now it's 'Te Pongo Mal' by Kali Uchis.

Do you have any advice for kick-starting an active lifestyle?
I like finding ways of exercising that don't feel like exercise. Do something physical that makes you burst out laughing because you feel so much overwhelming joy from it.

Where's your favorite place to flex?
Anywhere outdoors: parks, beaches – as long as there’s a bar, I can always workout 💪

What's your favorite sneaker style?
adidas Superstars (the ones with the shell-toes) and Nike Air Force kicks. Most of my sneaks are by adidas, but I do like the Nike Reacts.

What are you flex highlights?
I’ve represented the UK in the World Cup Calisthenics Competition, competing against 10 different countries. I’m proud to say I also coach kids via video sessions online and some of the feedback from their parents is so touching ❤️ I’ve worked with some big brands as well, I’m really proud of that.

Where’s your favorite place to work out?
On a mountain snowboarding 🏂 or in the ocean surfing 🏄‍♂️

What kind of technical details do you look for in your activewear?
Flexibility is key and I sweat a lot working out, so breathability is an absolute must as well.

Talk us through your perfect head-to-toe 'fit for your sport.

It’s pretty simple for me, I just wear something that I think looks cool. If it looks cool, I feel good – and then I ride good. An extra confidence boost is important when I’m taking on a 25-meter jump 🤯
