So the new year is on its way and, after a very tricky twelve months, 2021 is the time to make the most of what we're working with: it's time to get your flex on. Switch up your routine and find an activity or sport that makes you feel GOOD and keeps you motivated to reach your goals. Start working up to that 5K run with a bit of rollerskating thrown in, get outside of your comfort zone and join that virtual workout class you were feeling shy about, or learn something completely new by embracing the great outdoors (sandboarding anyone?!) 🤷‍♀️ It's all about finding what works for YOU, and we've got a brand-new edit of our top-level activewear to make sure your 'fit is flexing even harder than you are 💪

It goes without saying, you want your workout wardrobe to look good for those mirror selfies, and you better BELIEVE we've got what you're looking for. But, when it comes to our line-up, there's SO much more than meets the eye 👀 We've got the best designs from all the biggest brands, choc-a-block with innovative tech, like ultra-stretchy sweat-wicking materials, ultra-cushioned soles and specialist fits that help you go harder for longer and have a quicker recovery 🤯 You can see our homegrown label ASOS 4505 being put through its paces above, and we don't mean to brag but everything by the brand IS the perfect mix of trend-led prints, stretchy fabrics and seamless friction-free cuts. These are the kind of upgrades you never knew your kit needed... until now 🤸‍♀️

As usual, the iconic sportswear legends that made their names creating tip-top tekkers (think brands like adidas, Nike and Puma) are serving up the perfect mix of style and substance for 2021. The Nike get-up above sure does look great, but all the brand's running gear has built-in Dri-FIT tech that actually moves sweat away from your skin to keep you dry and comfy! Plus, those shorts have been specifically cut for maximum flex and the kicks (as well as looking totally stunning) feature the brand's React foam cushioning that makes clocking up those miles even easier ðŸƒ‍♀️

Techy deets are one thing – like adidas' quick-drying AEROREADY fabric above – but there's more to these designs than their great features. Lots of the adidas gear is made from recycled polyester, which means even your workouts are getting responsible updates for 2021 🙌

For more inspo on how to flex your own way in 2021, we've enlisted the help of the #ASOSFLEXCREW, who you can get to know here on the Style Feed and over on our social channels this Jan. From parkour pros and street-football mavens to even a puppy-yoga instructor, each one of these peeps has found their own flex, and they know all about how activewear can get them to the top of their game. Plus, every Friday over the next month, they'll be putting together a step-by-step workout to help you find the flex that works for you. If you’re feeling the vibe, make sure to save the workout, sweat it out and share the love using the hashtag #ASOSFLEXCREW. Get your flex on 🧘‍♂️⚽️
