HOW TO WEAR ASOS WHITE FOR FW18/19
By Steven Potter, December 30, 2018
Back in October, we had the launch of our brand-new ASOS WHITE men’s collection. If you missed it, think premium wardrobe staples reworked in minimalist, Scandi-style designs and cut in oversized and relaxed shapes. The range includes tops, pants, denim and outerwear. So, here are three ways to style some key pieces from the latest ASOS WHITE drop...

Checks are big for FW18/19 but bold isn’t always better. Try this tonal mac for a more subdued take on the trend and a smarter update to your weather-beaten parka. For a flash of color, just add a green sweat to break up the toned-down palette. Corduroy also saw a massive resurgence this year and the ribbed revival shows no sign of stopping. If you’re thinking of ditching the denim, try these beige pants with a pair of adidas YUNG-1s — another chunky winner from the brand with the three stripes.

Textural tips
Check your texts because textured styles are where it's at. That Harrington jacket and turtleneck combo nails the layered look — ideal for any teeth-chattering temps. Going from staple to standout, the ASOS WHITE jeans get an update with an all-over grid print proving that it is, in fact, hip to be square. To finish, peep those chunky kicks in an almost-all-white colorway, if not for those rave-ready neon accents. An easy way of representing the neon revival without going full day-glo.

For a smart-casual look with a touch of athleisure, this 'fit is the one. The striped shirt keeps things neat, making use of a relaxed shape and subtle panel details. Forget belts, hardware keeps it all together (note the clip-lock waist) and that neutral tee keeps the colorway clean. Super fresh. For more of the athleisure aesthetic, team with a pair of sleek sneakers and your 2019 is up and running.
