Why are products disappearing out of my shopping cart?

If you've added something to your shopping bag, it'll be reserved for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes it will be removed so other customers can buy it.

Step 1: It will have moved to your saved items

Don't worry though; the item will automatically be moved into your 'Saved Items' so you can add it back to your bag if it's still in stock.

Step 2: Delete your cookies

You may also need to delete your cookies - a cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us (for more information about cookies, click here).

We would suggest that you sign in before deleting your cookies, otherwise the items in your bag or saved items list will disappear when your delete your cookies. They'll be stored safely in your account if you're logged in before deleting your cookies.

On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using 'Tools' or 'History'.
Once you've cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without any more problems.

  • Screenshots of any error messages you get
  • What you have done so far to try to resolve it
