Returns & Refunds

I've forgotten my returns note, what should I do?

Christmas Returns

We’ve extended our returns policy for Christmas 2023. Orders placed from November 13, 2023 to December 18, 2023 can be returned up until January 15, 2024 for a full refund back to your original payment method.

Orders placed after December 18, 2023 are subject to our Returns Policy.

US and Canadian customers will no longer receive a paper returns slip inside their package- instead, you can now create a return online.

Once you’ve created your return, the address label you print has your unique order details on the front, so we’ll know the package is yours.

If you're returning from the US, we’ll send you either a QR code or a returns label to your registered email address - you'll see if a QR code return is available when selecting where you want to return your order from. For QR code returns, simply present the code at the UPS post office when dropping off your return. If returning with a label, all you need to do is print it, place it on the front of your parcel and take the return to your nearest location. We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your parcel.

When you created your returns label via ‘My Account’, you were asked to select the items you’re returning and the reason you’re returning them. Our returns team will use this information to process your return once the order reaches our warehouse.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.

Customers in Mexico can print out a new returns form from the attachments section below and make a return through your local post office. Please note that we are unable to process a refund for orders returned to us without a returns note.
