I'm an International customer, how do I make a return?
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 45 days of receiving your original order, including sale items.
Want to return something? No problem, as an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you'll have proof you've sent it.
Have you lost your returns note or label? You can print a new one off using the attachment section on this page. Click the button which says 'Download'.
When returning items make sure the returns form is filled out with your order number and placed in your returns parcel- we can't process your order without these details.
It can usually take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be processed by our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
Once we've processed your return, we'll drop you an email to let you know.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), dependent on your bank/card issuer.
If you've returned an item within 29 to 45 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, a gift voucher will be locked to your account ready for you to use on your next purchase. To find out more about returns between 29 and 45 days, click here.
