Returns & Refunds

How can I return my order from Mexico?

  • Return your item within 28 days of it being delivered to you or available for collection (including sale items).
  • It can take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to arrive back at our warehouse.
  • If you return your order within 28 days of it being delivered to you, or available for collection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • When returning your items, you’ll need to pay local postage rates. 
  • Need a new returns note? You can download a new one from the attachments section below.

Step 1

Download your returns note from the attachment below.

Step 2

Fill out the returns note with the required information and prepare your returns package by putting the item/s you want to return along with your filled-out returns note in the returns bag. We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your package.

Please note that we are unable to process a refund for orders returned to us without a returns note.

Step 3

Take your package to your local post office to send off to our warehouse. Our returns address is:

Please remember to ask for proof of postage or a receipt when you send your return and to keep it safe in case we need to see it at a later time.

Once we've processed your return, we'll drop you an email to let you know. If you use the ASOS app and have opted in for notifications, we’ll also send you a notification once your return has been completed. For more info on getting notifications, click here.
