How do I combine my returns?
If you're returning from the US, you can combine your returns. You’ll need to log into My Account and select the items from each order that you want to return.
We'll process all of your returned items at the same time once they arrive back at our warehouse, and will drop you an email to let you know.
Is there a limit on how many orders I can send back in the same package?
You'll need to make sure that your package is under 44lbs and doesn’t exceed 16inx22inx21in – otherwise UPS Ground may not be able to accept it.
Do I need to send anything back to you with my consolidated return?
No - all you need to do is send your items back, alongside any opened or used ASOS packaging that you’ve received with any recent orders.
