I’m a student but my email address has not been validated for my discount code
We're currently offering a 10% discount to all students with an ASOS account.. But if you've registered for Student Discount with your email address but haven't received your 10% off code here's what you need to do.
Step 1: Check your emails
You should receive your unique student discount code within 24 hours of filing in the validation form.
If you haven't received it after this time, please check your junk or spam folder in case it's been routed there.
Step 2: Contact us
If you've not received your student code within 24 hours of submitting your details or you've not been able to confirm your status as a student, please get in touch with our Customer Care team by clicking 'Contact Us Now' on this page.
Just one more thing before contacting:
- You must have a photo of your student ID card, which should show your course expiry date. If it doesn't show an expiry date, you'll need to provide a copy of your enrolment letter which should display your course start and end dates.
- If you choose to contact us on live chat, please wait until the chat has started to send us a photo of your Student ID card - you'll see the paperclip image appear once the chat has opened. If you'd rather Send Us an Email, you'll need to attach your photo by replying to the acknowledgement email once you've sent your first email.
