I haven’t received my Klarna statement – What should I do?
If you used Pay in 4 payments with Klarna as your payment method, your statement will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your order has been placed. If you haven't received your email, it's worth checking your Junk email folder in case it's been filtered there. Please note that your statement email is sent from Klarna rather than ASOS.
