DATE NIGHT STYLED DIFFERENTLY

Dressing for dates can be hard, but there is one golden rule that always, always, lands: if one part of your outfit is smart-ish, you’ll look like you’ve (very easily) made a lot of effort. That’s why we’ve kicked things off with that animal print revere-collar shirt. It’s loud enough to get you noticed and smart enough to let them know you care.
Talking of minimal effort, have you heard about the dressing-from-the-waist-up technique? The basic principle is that if you make an effort with the item of clothing that’s most on show during video chats, you can get away with whatever you want out of shot. We’ve applied the theory here because – as we all know – comfort is very much key, and it doesn’t get much more comfortable than soft jogger-style shorts from Polo Ralph Lauren.
Trainers are ofc optional indoors, but there is something about putting on a pair of fresh kicks (or any other shoes) for a video call that makes you feel a little more… put together. We don’t know why, but try it next time and see for yourself. Better still, cop those Nike Air Max 2090 trainers and then you'll see what we mean.
