AN AT-HOME WORKOUT WITH MARVIN BROOKS

If you’re seeing a lot of chat about staying strong at home but you aren’t really sure where to start, take a peep at this routine put together by trainer and athlete Marvin Brooks. These exercises are designed to target your arms, core, and legs (yep, we're afraid leg-day is still a thing – even in lockdown). It’s the whole deal, really.
