ASOS INSIDERS IN ADIDAS SUPERSTARS

HBD to the adidas Superstar! One of the most iconic members of adi’s Classics family turns 50 this year and to celebrate, adidas and ASOS held a big ol’ party for the shell-toed favourite – with our very own ASOS Insiders in attendance. Of course, trainers (more specifically, Superstars) were mandatory for entry, so let's take a peep at how two of our Insiders styled out an icon.

Once again proving the total wearability of the Superstars, our resident skate-style enthusiast ASOS Ruddy has taken the vintage-sportswear route to relaxed new levels with that oversized track jacket. Also, for extra credit, this look’s bang-on that 90s wave we’re most definitely still riding as well. Extra points for becoming the (Super)star of his own ad with some excellent prop work, too.

ASOS Ty’s gone above and beyond as he’s decided to serve up two incredibly solid looks built around the Superstar. We’re getting big date-night energy from the all-black-everything look. Clean, smart, effortlessly cool, it’s proof that parents up and down the country were wrong when it comes to wearing your trainers with smart stuff. Just show them this pic next time they pipe up about your boxfresh kicks ‘ruining your look’. Next up and snapped at the party itself, a wonderfully low-key, super-fresh effort. A crisp white tee and matching shiny Superstars, punctuated by some comfy-AF joggers. Double the Trefoils for double the logo points... Officially. Into. It.
