HOW WE DO ASOS WHITE
By Lakeisha Goedluck, 30 October 2018
In case you missed it, our minimalist brand ASOS WHITE is now available for men. Created by ASOS’ Head of Menswear Design, James Lawrence (more from him here), the collection is full of luxe, laid-back pieces that will instantly freshen up your AW18 aesthetic. Check out the way the guys at ASOS HQ are remixing their everyday looks with the subdued staples below.

From Balenciaga to Gucci, the double-breasted suit was a main fixture of the AW18 menswear catwalks, and this pinstripe woollen two-piece is just the ticket to add a more refined touch to your wardrobe this season. Our Project Coordinator, Daniel, stays true to the ASOS WHITE vibe with this pared-back ensemble. Teaming his suit with a classic white tee, round-lens glasses and Dr. Martens brogues, Daniel's getup is both appropriate for work but chilled enough to wear with a trench coat for days out at the weekend.

Taking the relaxed look that step further is our Junior Project Manager, Charles. The ASOS WHITE range is rife with premium sweatshirts in block colours that are perfect to layer up with this season. So, to add a touch of teal to his look, Charles pops a sweatshirt on over his plain white tee. A pair of mid-wash skinny jeans, Vans Classic Old Skool trainers and a grey woollen cap from the collection finish his simple-yet-steezy outfit.

Fretting because you haven’t copped a proper coat yet? Don’t stress, because there are plenty of solid ASOS WHITE options to choose from. Our Junior Designer Seb, is rocking a lightweight checked mac from the range – in a cool-grey hue, it's versatile enough to match with most items in your wardrobe. A bubblegum-pink top adds just the right amount of colour, while a pair of cropped black jeans and white adidas Stan Smiths ensure that his ’fit stays looking sharp.

Good news, people: the double-denim look that was popular this summer is here to stay. This dark-wash ASOS WHITE coach jacket and straight-fit jeans combo is the perfect autumnal pairing. Make like our Photographer Claud and brighten things up with a classic knit in a vibrant shade (yellow is our current shade of choice) and round off your outfit with basic neutral-coloured kicks to offset your jumper.
