It's fashion month, people — and that means an onslaught of enviable street-style that'll make you reconsider your whole wardrobe and wonder how they manage to cop pieces that sell out in seconds. After a solid sartorial showing last week in New York, the world's most fashionable folks have decamped to London for another round of shows and flashbulbs, which means we're rounding up the best looks. From modern takes on cargo pants to trophy pieces, it's all here...

Not so mellow yellow

All of the seasons have their charms, but there's something pretty magical about those rare occurrences when you can flex outerwear as well as let your legs breathe. Teaming his Prada technical shirt (which has quickly become one of Instagram's favourite pieces RN) with matching shorts, this gent takes it to the next level by layering a neon yellow hoodie underneath. Subtle? Not exactly, but it's fashion week after all.

Futuristic 'fit

We've said it before, and we'll say it again: The Matrix is the ultimate film to reference when it comes to dressing this season. But if committing to a full bondage-style look à la Morpheus and co. isn't your vibe, you can still tread lightly and embrace the trend. Case in point: this showgoer who opts for an elevated bomber jacket with metallic detailing — before toning it down with a light pair of trousers. Naturally, he's chosen to rock barely there sunglasses, a truly divisive accessory that offset their lack of practicality by being the sleekest shades on the block. Into it.

Viva monochrome

Listen, it's not always necessary to reinvent the wheel. There are times when keeping things black and white is a solid move, and that's exactly what we have here. Channel this chap by updating the classic dark-jeans-and-white-shirt combo with the boxy silhouette that's been dominating the menswear runways, and dive into cuffing season ankle first. Of course, it doesn't hurt that someone's scored himself the holy grail — AKA a pair of adidas x Raf Simons Ozweegos.

Hometown glory

When in Rome do as the Romans do, and when in London... well, wear Burberry. One of the buzziest brands around right now thanks to Riccardo Tisci's recent appointment as creative director, this guy knows how to master street-style gold. First up, his dual-patterned striped shirt redefines workwear goals and is expertly paired with the brand's classic trench. To finish off the freshness, he adds more of the iconic plaid in the form of a cap — a move we are in full support of.

Mix and mash-up

With graphic prints, bold colours and sporty steez being all the rage on the SS19 catwalks, it's only fair that we're seeing plenty of that on the streets. Wide-leg camo pants are the foundation of this fella's 'fit, and are bound to creep their way into your closet. Take a lesson from his investment in details — from the patterned sneakers to the triple-textured jacket in deep purple, it's all about the patchwork and prints.
