ASOS INSIDERS WEAR PUMA

Germany’s known for its export of major sportswear labels, and one of the biggest and the best is PUMA. Founded back in 1948, you can always rely on the brand for fresh streetwear pieces and epic trainer silhouettes. In fact, PUMA’s just released its iconic RS-0 and Thunder shoes in time for the height of summer – so take a look at our ASOS Insiders rocking the creps while living it up in Lisbon.
When it comes to what to wear on your feet this season, dad-style chunky trainers are still most definitely where it's at. PUMA's got your back, or, well, feet when it comes to nailing the trend with these two new styles. The PUMA Thunder (seen here in a clean, white colourway) is nice and minimal, so will easily slot into your wardrobe. While the updated take on the PUMA RS-0 design from the brand's archive is as 80s as it gets – hints of electric blue give the shoe an old-school hip-hop-inspired touch.
To style the trainers yourself, make like the ASOS Insiders and go for vibrant threads to tie into the retro vibe. Check out the way @asos_lesley teams her PUMA RS-0 kicks with a flamingo pink T-shirt and straight-fit white denim jeans. Meanwhile, @asos_luce has gone for a graphic-print yellow tee, a jazzy short-sleeved shirt and a pair of two-tone denim shorts to counterbalance his monochrome PUMA Thunder trainers.
