Ah, the 70s. A time when disco music, velvet upholstery and overly shiny Cadillacs were ubiquitous. You may not have been alive to remember the decade, but that doesn’t mean you can’t derive some serious style inspiration from those that were. That’s right – the real sartorial heroes of the period are all the fathers out there. Here’s how to nail 70s dadcore dressing…

The key to nailing this aesthetic is to create an outfit which combines retro threads with sensible, dad-friendly pieces. Think flea-market finds paired with technical accessories that you might take on a hike.
