Liam Payne took a break from new dad duties this week to catch up with some mates. He also showed he has no plans to switch up his style to full dadcore just yet.

Instead, while out for dinner in LA, the 23-year-old singer continued to nail his brand of strong, simple style, while accenting his basic-boss kit with key on-trend cuts. Maintaining a monochrome palette, Liam paired a plain grey tee with some black, straight-leg jeans that bunched at the ankle, giving his fresh, white, embroidered Gucci trainers the attention they deserve.

Up top, aside from a freshly trimmed beard and casually pushed-back curls, a neat finishing touch to his 'fit came via a black sateen bomber, which slotted perfectly into the minimal palette, allowing the acid-washed fringes of his cuffs and collar to bring added character.
