NEW IN: HUF X THRASHER
By Sam Higgins, 24 November 2016
Having a HUF tee in your wardrobe and the latest issue of Thrasher Magazine by the side of the bed has become the hallmark of the skate-loving kid. So it's lucky, then, that the two cult brands have put their streetwear minds together to collaborate on a new line for AW16.

With both HUF and Thrasher heavily invested in skate culture, it seems only natural that the duo’s AW16 collaboration focuses on upgraded streetwear staples in a range of fresh hues, with iconic typography and fiery detailing. What’s more, the new line has no seasonal boundaries – each piece can be worn as both a lightweight layer on chilly days or alone, as statement steez, on milder ones.
Long-sleeved tees have become the cut of choice for curb-surfing kids in recent years (whether for stylistic reasons or protection from scrapes). In this collab, they come in simple, monochrome colourways, as well as a neat, colourful riff on the classic Breton. Another 2016 key piece – the overhead jacket – is given simple reworking with statement sleeves and, from there, it’s all about the accessories. A pair of high-top, Thrasher-adorned trainers are robust and stylish, while bright, bold beanies and logo caps make up a high-quality dose of headwear. Cop the collection while you can.
