Using the opportunity to showcase his sartorial skills in front of thousands at Chicago’s Riot Fest, Joey delivered a healthy dose of transitional style inspiration this week, throwing together an impressive blend of military-inspired threads and loungewear staples. 

While we ease ourselves into the new season, reluctantly debating whether now is the time to swap our lightweight trainers for more heavyweight kicks, Joey Bada$$ disregarded dwelling on it and has already stomped his way into autumn with a pair of bulky black boots. Some cuffed khaki joggers with zips and patches galore added to the military feel down below while, up top, Joey’s comfy combo of red tee and black Carhartt hoodie delivered a more laid-back look. All that was left was to throw his hood up over his signature bandana and to treat the crowd through both sight and sound.
