Whether you’re orienteering your way around a new city or you're just on your way to work, before you embark on your next journey it’s only sensible to equip yourself with a backpack that is good looking, light and watertight. Thankfully, rainwear aficionado Rains is on hand with its new collection of simple, efficient and stylish bags.
If you’re a fan of functionality, clean lines and classic design, then you’re probably already au fait with the Danish label’s waterproof wear, but new to the fold is this range of minimalist backpacks. Everyday-sized and commute-friendly, its grey mini bag is perfect if you’re after a something super-slim that will still accommodate a 13" laptop. For something a bit brighter, that'll allow you to pack in a little more, try its bigger brother in a warm rust colour.
For its MSN or Messenger bag, Rains strips back the classic backpack and gives it a solid one-colour coating. A double fastening, adjustable strap and roomy interior keep things practical and make it the the ideal weekend bag in blue or green. Or, for an all-black backpack that has a more modern mountaineer feel, try its Runner design that includes a padded back and plenty of side pockets.
