Brooklyn Beckham: Five ’Fits
By Kasia Hastings, 4 March 2016
Brooklyn Beckham is anything but average. At 17, he has 6.2 million Instagram followers, a Burberry campaign credit to his name and access to one of the most covetable closets on the planet. This guy has style in his DNA and while he may like to dip into Dad’s wardrobe, he’s already served up an array of excellent outfits all of his own. Here are five of our favourites.

Being a Beckham means you’re among the most frequent of flyers. So with first-class travel style already a family business, it’s no surprise to see Brooklyn nailing the look, too. Jetting out of JFK earlier this year, Brooklyn went for a double dose of camo and some skater essentials for this steezy take on in-flight fashion.

The souvenir jacket is hot sartorial property at the moment and they don’t come more iconic than this Louis Vuitton offering. Already made famous by fan favourite Zayn Malik, Brooklyn had big shoulders to fill here. Wisely, he took the look in his own direction by adding a pair of specs, black jeans and white Converse. Naturally, to find out who wore it better, we conducted our own highly scientific survey on Twitter. With company like that, it’s clear Brooklyn is already rising up the ranks.

Go pro
Can’t a guy shoot a multi-million-pound fashion campaign in peace? Clearly not if you’re Brooklyn Beckham. With brother, Romeo, already the star of an ad, it was Brooklyn’s turn to do his bit, this time behind the camera. Shooting for an iconic British fashion house called for an appropriate outfit and this one was so good that we made it our OOTD. The quilted bomber is up there with the best of them and is expertly paired with a simple white top, ripped skinny jeans and slip-on trainers.

Brit boy
He may look fresh here but baby Becks was caught a little worse for wear at a Brit Awards afterparty. Well, if you’re going to dress like a 70s rocker, why not behave like one? Brooklyn’s all-black Brits look wouldn’t be out of place at the NME Awards and it seems his behaviour wouldn’t have been either. This likely lad picks up extra points for having to face Big Dave the morning after.

Like his dad before him, Brooklyn was born with style and it seems he’s similarly embraced his father’s flair for experimental fashion. Out for an ollie or two with some mates, he followed in the footsteps of blush boys Drake and Bieber to give his skater vibe a sugary edge.
