Hanging out outside a party thrown by his record label, the Canadian crooner – real name Abel Tesfaye – stole the show in a lovely longline navy bomber jacket. Just look at it. With everything else stripped way back – slim black jeans, all-black sneaks, black T-shirt – this is a coat that's much more than just a practical late summer layer.

The length adds proportion and makes for a cool, stylish silhouette, while little things like the zip detailing show off The Weeknd's fashion kudos. We only hope that the construction is as lightweight and breathable as it looks, because we're sure Tesfaye didn't want to consign it to the coat check once he got inside the club.
