Short of snowy ski holidays and Septembers, there's not many other times of the year when wearing a beanie and shades at the same time makes sense, so David Beckham has been making the most of it.

To be fair, he was out and about in a slightly sunnier-than-London New York, so maybe he just had bed hair – we'll never know. What we do know is he paired his hat and sunnies with a great Rolling Stones tee, loose-fit skater-style jeans and a pocket chain. It's really mid-noughties and it really works.
On his feet, he topped and tailed the whole outfit with adidas's awesome new design, the Tubular Primeknit, in a complementary shade of navy, which brought the whole thing bang up to date. We like.
