Donald Glover, AKA Childish Gambino, is an actor, rapper and all-round really cool guy. He’s the kind of guy who would diffuse a fight between two strangers on a night out and would always be the first to notice when you’ve had a hair cut. On stage and on record, however, he’s a much darker beast, tackling serious subjects with wit, intelligence and the help of some massively brilliant tunes. And, obviously, the dude knows how to dress, as he proved on the weekend while performing at the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago.

Carrying the party vibes from the crowd onto the stage, Gambino rocked a smashing short-sleeved Hawaiian shirt (find out how to style one up with our How To video), some printed short shorts and a pair of old-school Nike running shoes. It’s got a bit of surf bum, a touch of Big Lebowski comfort and a whole tour-bus full of style. Chuck some Ray-Bans on the top and it’s a perfect 10.
