Whenever Adrian, our US Social Media Co-ordinator, visits ASOS HQ in London, he brings it in fresh kicks, a spiffy T-shirt and a flashy American grin. This getup is a strong choice for work, but only when a casual dress code actually means über-casual.

Malcolm knows his way around a strong outfit even better than he knows his post route through the office. This print puts a cool, contemporary twist on the classic sweatshirt, while a pair of Nike Free OG Breeze are the logical (and handsome) option for anyone who spends the day on their feet.

A crisp Oxford shirt looks smart when worn with a blazer and trousers. But it also looks good when worn as part of a more casual, laid-back outfit. Take Sam, our Junior Designer, for instance – he's worn his with black slim-fit trousers and trainers for a solid smart/casj vibe.
