Know your sunglasses
By Josh Woodfin, 14 May 2014
We've finally reached that wonderful time of year when grabbing your sunnieson the way out becomes as important as picking up your keys and wallet. But if you're still on the fence about which shades you want, take a look at four of the most iconic styles on the planet.
A favourite of everyone from Bob Dylan to Tyler The Creator (above), this is a style of sunnies that works with pretty much any outfit you can imagine. Versatile, cool and actually good at keeping the sun out of your eyes, there's a lot to love about the Wayfarer style of sunglasses.
This iconic style (it's difficult to find a better description) has been making faces look better for 30 years and they're still going strong. Check out Tim Roth in Reservoir Dogs (above) if you needed further proof, because the man looks excellent. Get involved.
The frames were originally patented by Bausch & Lomb (the parent company of Ray-Ban) back in 1937 for the United States Air Force, and this style has been setting the agenda ever since.
Looking for something a little different this spring and summer? Make like Robert Pattinson and dress your peepers in a pair of round-lens shades. These bad boys will make your outfit pop when the sun shows its face.
